Body Work

I visited Ash in April following the death of my mother in March. I was having nightmares and not sleeping and experiencing pain in my knees and a long standing back problem. I couldn't stand for long or straighten up completely. Ash helped me immensely. Even after one session I felt relief, I was straighter and felt so much lighter. Over the following days I was sleeping better and taking less painkillers. I would highly recommend Ash she is truly gifted.
